Years later, in my childhood home's kitchen, my mom and I started recreating those flavors — testing batches of plum, strawberry, and apple until they hit the perfect balance of tart, chewy, and bright. What began as a family experiment became a mission: to bring authentic lavashak to anyone who loves real fruit and bold flavor.

We make each batch by hand, with no shortcuts: just ripe fruit, a bit of salt, and time. The result is pure nostalgia packaged for modern snackers.
